The pricing for all plans is based on a 3-month commitment. I’m asking you to commit to yourself and your health for at least 3-months. Why?
First, 3-months is ample time to genuinely see and feel a difference in your body composition and overall health. This isn’t a quick-fix diet. Flexible dieting is a lifestyle change.
Second, It usually takes people a few weeks to get the hang of journaling/tracking their food to reach your target goals. If it was easy, everybody would be walking around looking like a bikini model.
Lastly, I don’t want you giving up on yourself. I’m here for you, and together we’ll get you where you want to be.

Macro Calculations

If you are familiar with macros and logging your meals but want to take the guesswork out of calculating the numbers, this program is for you. This is not a generic calculator. Once you complete the information necessary, you will receive a personalized set of numbers that will help you reach your goal. This is a one-time charge and if you purchased a nutrition coaching program, this fee will go toward your first month!


1-on-1 Macro Nutrition Coaching

My 1-on-1 macro-based coaching program is a 12- week guided program that will help you achieve your goals! We work together to improve your relationship with food, improve your energy and sleep, lose unwanted fat and build the confidence you deserve. This is a program designed for everybody from new moms to a high level athlete.

Included in this program is a 20-min introductory phone call to answer your questions, custom macro calculations, weekly individual check-ins, a FB community group, and unlimited access to your coach! This program includes a shopping guide, basic meal plan, and at-home workouts.

1-on-1 Wellness Coaching

This 12-week program is designed for those for a simpler approach to eating healthy, without counting macros. It’s a great way to become in tune with your body and really discover how to fuel it with real food. This program includes food journaling, weekly check-ins, guidance on food options without tracking macros, as well as assistance developing healthier sustainable eating habits. We start off with a 20-min introduction phone call to see where you are and what goals you have in mind.
